    Shipping & Handling

    We believe in the 3Rs and will do what we can to minimize and reuse packaging while ensuring that products are adequately protected and arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

    We usually ship via Canada Post from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Sometimes we may use a different shipping company if deemed more appropriate such as Canpar, UPS, Fedex, Purolator, DHL, or other.

    Estimated Transit Times & Shipping Charges (per order) for Retail Orders:

    Below please find the estimated transit times (the estimated time it takes for your order to reach you once it leaves our warehouse). Transit times are NOT guaranteed. It currently takes on average 3-7 business days to process regular orders. We currently DO NOT offer an Express shipping option. Free shipping is currently offered on retail orders over $150 within Ontario and to Quebec only. To avoid shipping charges, you many want to visit our Store Locator to find a store near you.
