Here is a simple and nutritious recipe for a homemade ice cream treat.
Blend the following ingredients in your food processor:
1 cup of nuts of your choice
1/4 cup of hemp seeds (optional)
Add and blend:
3/4 cups of frozen bananas
3/4 cups of frozen berries (We love raspberries!)
~ 1/4 cup of maple syrup
~ 1/2 cup or more of some liquid (dairy or non-dairy milk
works great). Add more if needed to achieve desired consistency.
PS We encourage you to experiment with the amount
of ingredients that you use to suite your taste.
