Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days. (Our address: 9-105 Lexington Road, Waterloo, ON N2J 4R7)
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All Shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning a product that was shipped to you at no charge, we will refund you the price of the product less the actual shipping costs that we incurred in shipping the product to you. Full refund will be issued if your order has not left our warehouse.
All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Sales of clearance items (marked as FINAL SALE) are final.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are being returned to us. We recommend that you keep your postal receipt and purchase insurance.
To ensure that the goods that are being returned reach us in their original condition it is best to use the original packaging.
For faster processing of returns, please include your original packing slip with the shipment you are returning to us.
